About NCGC 2011
NCGC 2011 will highlight the most recent advances in the use of graphing calculators and discuss various issues in pedagogy, assessment and curriculum impacted by the incorporation of graphing calculators. The conference will also highlight the many outstanding contribution of graphing calculators and create an opportunity for educators in Malaysia to exchange and communicate ideas in the use of graphing calculators in teaching and learning Mathematics as well as other area of sciences.
Besides plenary addresses and paper presentations, NCGC 2011 will also incorporate workshops conducted by invited experts from local and international academic institutions, as well as contributed workshops by teachers/lecturers who have implemented the use of graphing calculators in their classrooms.
NCGC 2011 invites teachers from primary, secondary and high schools/Matriculation, lecturers from teachers training institutes and universities in Malaysia to be participants. Other local/international academicians who would like to contribute through paper presentations/workshops are also welcome to participate.
