Overview:

Norhashidah Awang is a senior lecturer at School of Mathematical Sciences, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). She obtained her B.Sc in Mathematics from USM and her M.Sc in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the National University of Singapore, where she majored in Operations Research. She received her Ph.D from Universiti Putra Malaysia in 2005. Her research interests revolve around statistical modelling with particular focus are on time series analysis, spatial analysis on regular grid data and spatio-temporal modeling of environmental data.
