Profile
Overview: Prof Norhashidah has been with USM since 1990. Her research interests are in the area of Numerical Analysis, specifically in Numerical Methods for Differential Equations and Parallel Numerical Algorithms. She was a 2010 Commonwealth Academic Fellow having spent her sabbatical leave in NottinghamTrent University, United Kingdom under this award scheme. She is currently an Editor of the Bulletin of the Malaysian Mathematical Sciences Society. She has also served as the Deputy Dean (Research and Postgraduate Studies) in 20002001 and 20072009.
