Final Year Project Poster Contest 2016

Rules and Regulations

1.         Open to all final year students who are currently doing a Final Year Project in year

            2016.

2.         One final year project is entitle to submit one poster only.

3.         The submitted Final Year Project is the student’s own project work NOT other

            student’s project.

4.         The poster must follows the format precisely to be eligible for judging.

5.         Any violation of rules and regulations will result in immediate disqualification of the

participant.

Prizes

First Prize      : RM200 + certificate

Second Prize: RM100 + certificate

Other participants will receive a certificate.

Poster size             : A3

Poster orientation: Potrait

Submission Deadline

The submission deadline is 10th June 2016, 4:00pm

To Participate

            Step 1:      Create the poster by using the template and save in PDF format.

                               Name your file in this format:

                               FYP2016poster<space>your full name (only one name of the group

                               member).

       Example: FYP2016poster Mohd Tahir Ismail

            Step 2:                   Email the poster to rosmanjawati@usm.my.

       The subject of your email must be in this format:

       FYP2016poster<space>your full name

       Example: FYP2016poster Mohd Tahir Ismail
