TEACHING EXPERIENCES

I have the experience of being a tutor at the School of Mathematical Sciences, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) while pursuing the Master degree. The courses that I tutored were Calculus, Advanced Calculus and Linear Algebra. During the study at Louisiana State University (LSU), I taught courses such as College Algebra, Calculus 1 and Calculus 2. In a math tutoring laboratory there, I also helped students in contemporary mathematics, differential equations and advanced engineering mathematics. Now in USM, I have taught courses such as Calculus, Advanced Calculus, Linear Algebra, Further Linear Algebra, Introduction to Analysis, Real Analysis, Complex Analysis and Introductory Functional Analysis and also graduate course for teachers in Real Analysis. Also occasionally I run short courses on Univalent Functions, Probability Theory and Stochastic Calculus.


RESEARCH INTEREST

Most of my current research works are in Complex Function Theory. In particular, I am interested on problems in the theory of univalent functions and harmonic univalent functions. I also have interest on problems in stochastic integral and financial mathematics.
